ComASP Compact Antimicrobial Susceptibility Panel for determining MIC by broth microdilution methods according to ISO 20776-1:2019.
Liofilchem’s ComASP® consists of a range of assays for determining MIC by broth microdilution methods according to ISO 20776-1:2019 standard.
The panels have standardised concentrations of the antimicrobial dried onto them.
After incubation at 37oC for 16-20 hours, microbial growth in the wells is reviewed and the MIC determined (the lowest concentration of antimicrobial that inhibits growth).
