ComASP Antifungal MIC Broth Microdilution Panel

ComASP™ Antifungal is a ready to use panel to establish the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 6 important antifungals.
The test panel contains the dried antimycotic agents in the following concentration ranges (two-fold dilutions):

• Fluconazole, 1 to 8 μg/ml
• Voriconazole, 0.06 to 0.5 μg/ml
• Caspofungin, 0.12 to 4 μg/ml
• Anidulafungin, 0.12 to 4 μg/ml
• Itraconazole, 0.06 to 0.5 μg/ml
• Micafungin, 0.06 to 4 μg/ml

The system is used to perform the broth microdilution method for antifungal susceptibility testing of yeasts, including species of Candida and Cryptococcus.
