Ultra N-geneous¨ HDL Cholesterol method is a liquid, two reagent homogeneous method for the direct measurement of HDL Cholesterol. The method is completely automated on most clinical chemistry analyzers, and does not require any off-line pretreatment, centrifugation or reagent reconstitution steps
